Requirements at all levels
The initial assessment to continuous improvement shows that we select continuously the best olives. Furthermore, we fixed our goal on the development of the plants productivity and on the quality improvement of our products in order to respond all the client’s requirements in terms of quality, costs and delivery delay.

Staff involvement
Our human capital is our greatest asset. We are engaged to ensure the professional development of our staff, to recognize their skills, to improve through training and involve them. Each collaborator is particularly encouraged to make suggestions and actively participate in the development of our group.
Respect of the environment
We operate in compliance with the environment and the community and in the context of sustainable development, whether in terms of reducing the energy used in our management, or the best use of resources.
